Oslo
The journey
The Oslo-band started its journey in December 2019 and was sheduled to perform at Oslo Jazz Festival in August 2020. Sadly, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, no-one could travel and the concert was cancelled.
One year later the band could finally prepare to come together again, and on Saturday 21. August this amazing group played together live in Oslo, Norway, at the Oslo Jazz Festival 2021.
The music
The music is created by the band members as a group effort. All composers have been sendt a "Code Chart" with different codes representing a place and a date transformed into notes. These have been integrated into the compositions in various degrees. Unfortunately, the pandemic was preventing some of the band members from travelling to Oslo, but they were actively involved in creating the music from their homes.
